IMS Online Express is an out of the box solution. You can be set up within 15 minutes by activating it within IMS Payroll. There are no set-up fees; you just pay a one off IMS Online licence fee as well as an Annual Support fee.

So what do you get?

Employees may apply for leave online. E-mail notifications are sent to Managers to allow them to easily approve or decline the leave request. With calendar leave views, employees can easily see future leave requests, as well as actual leave historically paid in IMS Payroll. Take a closer look here.

Managers have access to leave key performance indicator reports. Allow them to effectively manage excessive leave balances, monitor absenteeism trends and keep an eye on employee turnover.

Employees and Managers can access their payslips and other company documents online, and they may access their personal payroll details which allows them to easily notify the payroll office of any changes. Take a look here.

You get all of the features available in IMS Online Express, as well as the ability to customise Leave Requests to suit your organisation.

In IMS Online Express, Leave Request functionality is non-customisable, and although will suit most organisations, there are times when some companies wish to take it a step further. For example, in IMS Online Plus you may add extra leave types, show different leave types to different employee groups, reduce in daily units but pay in hourly units, create variable leave payment escalations (for example, exhaust Time in Lieu balance before deducting from Annual Leave balance) - and so the list goes on.

You'll just pay the standard IMS Online licence and annual fees, as well as a low $1.50 per employee per month (find out more about pricing here). There will also be a one-off set-up fee which will vary depending on complexity, and just how much you'd like to customise your leave requests. The key additional functionality in IMS Online Max is smart timesheets. As employees and managers fill in timesheets for their worked hours, payments for these hours such as ordinary time, overtime, shift allowances (and any other payment you may require) will be displayed in real time. This allows employees to get it right first time, and no more waiting around to see if payments are correct on their payslip.
